Smoothie
- 200 g (1) frozen mango
- Roughly 360 g (3) frozen bananas
- 1 teaspoon blue spirulina
- ⅓ cup coconut milk
Toppings
- Passion fruit
- Pink and white pitaya
- Puffed millet
- Edible flowers
Directions
- Add the frozen mango, frozen bananas, blue spirulina, and coconut milk to blender.
- Blend on a high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Spoon mixture into a bowl.
- Top with passion fruit, pink and white pitaya, puffed millet and edible flowers.
