Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 200 g (1) frozen mango
  • Roughly 360 g (3) frozen bananas 
  • 1 teaspoon blue spirulina
  •  cup coconut milk

Toppings

  • Passion fruit
  • Pink and white pitaya
  • Puffed millet
  • Edible flowers

Directions

  1. Add the frozen mango, frozen bananas, blue spirulina, and coconut milk to blender.
  2. Blend on a high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon mixture into a bowl.
  4. Top with passion fruit, pink and white pitaya, puffed millet and edible flowers.
