Caramel and Smoked Almond Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of lightly blended smoked almonds
  • 1 can (395 g) Condensed milk, sweetened
  • 2 cups (500 ml) cream
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) of Caramel sauce

Directions

  1. Pulse smoked almonds until finely chopped (set aside)
  2. Place cream into the Vtamix container and blend on medium until soft peaks
  3. Add condensed milk to cream and blend on low for 30 sec or until combined.
  4. Pour cream into lined freezer proof tray. Sprinkle over 2 tablespoons of smoked Almonds and the caramel sauce and lightly mix through.
  5. Freeze for 4+hrs

Notes

Use extra almonds for sprinkling on top.
