Mushroom Burger Seasoning
This seasoning was made specifically for the Mushroom Buckwheat Burger recipe, but is a great multipurpose seasoning for any use.

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 1 Tablespoon dehydrated onion
- 2 teaspoons fennel seed
- 2 Tablespoons dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 Tablespoon kosher salt, optional
- 72 g dried porcini mushrooms
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container and secure the lid or blade base.
- Start the machine on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to Variable 6. Blend for 15 – 20 seconds.
- Use as desired. We like this recipe paired with our Mushroom Buckwheat Burger.
