Mushroom Burger Seasoning

This seasoning was made specifically for the Mushroom Buckwheat Burger recipe, but is a great multipurpose seasoning for any use.

  • 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon dehydrated onion
  • 2 teaspoons fennel seed
  • 2 Tablespoons dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon kosher salt, optional
  • 72 g dried porcini mushrooms


      1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container and secure the lid or blade base.
      2. Start the machine on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to Variable 6. Blend for 15 – 20 seconds.
      3. Use as desired. We like this recipe paired with our Mushroom Buckwheat Burger.
