  • 2 Tablespoons hemp seeds

  • 60 g (8) pitted dates
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Spice

    1. Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a half sheet tray with parchment paper and set aside.
    2. In a large bowl, combine oats, dried fruit, almonds, hemp seeds, flax seeds, and chia seeds and stir to incorporate. Set aside.
    3. Place the apples, dates, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
    4. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
