Ingredients

  • ½ cup (75gms) Twisted Healthy Treats Banana Custard Protein Pint™, plus extra scoops for serving
  • 1 ripe medium banana, peeled 
  • 2 eggs
  • coconut oil or butter for frying 
  • serving options: serve with fresh berries, sliced banana, seeds and nuts of choice,
  • bacon, cinnamon, maple syrup or honey 

    Directions

    • Place Twisted Healthy Treats Banana Custard Protein Pint™, eggs and banana into Vitamix jug
    • Turn on low and increase to speed 10 for 20 seconds or until blended
    • Heat fry pan, add 1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter. Using an egg ring, spoon in batter 1 tablespoon for small and 4 tablespoons for larger pancake 
    • Let the pancake cook through before flipping it, let the other side cook through.
      Check the heat as they burn easily. 
    • Serve with an extra scoop of Twisted Healthy Treats Banana Custard Protein Pint™ and toppings of your choice.
