Ingredients
- ½ cup (75gms) Twisted Healthy Treats Banana Custard Protein Pint™, plus extra scoops for serving
- 1 ripe medium banana, peeled
- 2 eggs
- coconut oil or butter for frying
- serving options: serve with fresh berries, sliced banana, seeds and nuts of choice,
- bacon, cinnamon, maple syrup or honey
Directions
- Place Twisted Healthy Treats Banana Custard Protein Pint™, eggs and banana into Vitamix jug
- Turn on low and increase to speed 10 for 20 seconds or until blended
- Heat fry pan, add 1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter. Using an egg ring, spoon in batter 1 tablespoon for small and 4 tablespoons for larger pancake
- Let the pancake cook through before flipping it, let the other side cook through.
Check the heat as they burn easily.
