Chocolate Fondue

This homemade version of a favourite dipping treat is naturally sweetened and full of chocolate flavour.

Ingredients

  • 600 ml cashew milk
  • 54 g 100% unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 140 g (7) medjool dates, pitted
  • 54 g cacao nibs, or chopped bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

    Directions

    1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
    2. Start the blender at its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
    3. Blend for 5 – 6 minutes or until heavy steam escapes from the vented lid.
    4. Serve immediately.
