  • 290g dried chickpeas
  • 250g cornstarch
  • 200g tapioca flour


  1. Place chickpeas into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed and increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend for 45 - 60 seconds or until ingredients are finely ground. In a separate bowl mix all ingredients together until combined.
