Homemade Winter Wellness Gummies

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 2 oranges (peeled)
  • 1 pink grapefruit (flesh only)
  • ½ dragon fruit
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • Small piece ginger
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup gelatine + 1 cup water (for blooming)

Directions

  1. Place into your Vitamix blender: coconut water, maple syrup, oranges, grapefruit, dragon fruit, ginger and frozen mango.
  2. Blend all fruit ingredients until smooth. I used speed 7 for 40 seconds.
  3. Bloom gelatine in cold water (let sit 5–10 min)
  4. Warm 300ml of blended mix in a pot.
  5. Stir in bloomed gelatine until smooth consistency.
  6. Pour into moulds and refrigerate 3–4 hrs
  7. Pop out & enjoy!
