Ingredients

Jalapeño Syrup 

  • 180 ml water
  • 150 g granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ jalapeño, seeded
  • 40 g fresh basil leaves, blanched
  • 20 g fresh coriander leaves

Jalapeño Tequila Cocktail

  • 90 ml tequila
  • 45 ml lime juice
  • 45 ml jalapeño syrup
  • 260 g ice cubes, divided use

Jalapeño Syrup Directions

  1. Place jalapeño syrup ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to the highest speed.
  4. Blend for 30 seconds. Strain.
