Ingredients
Jalapeño Syrup
- 180 ml water
- 150 g granulated sugar
- 1 ½ jalapeño, seeded
- 40 g fresh basil leaves, blanched
- 20 g fresh coriander leaves

- 90 ml tequila
- 45 ml lime juice
- 45 ml jalapeño syrup
- 260 g ice cubes, divided use
Jalapeño Syrup Directions
- Place jalapeño syrup ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to the highest speed.
- Blend for 30 seconds. Strain.
