Mango Cayenne Kombucha Mocktail

Spice up your mocktail game with a touch of cayenne chilli and a flavourful kombucha to round out this tropical beverage.

Mango Fresno Kombucha Ingredients

  • 330 g mango, peeled, cut into large chunks
  • 500 ml kombucha
  • 4 g Cayenne chilli
  • 15 ml honey
  • 375 ml flavoured sparkling water, divided use
  • Ice cubes, for serving


        1. Place all ingredients except water and ice into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
        2. Start the machine on its lowest speed, then quickly increase it to its highest speed. Blend for 40 seconds.
        3. Fill 6 serving glasses just under halfway with ice. Pour 125 ml of the mango puree over each. Top each glass with 60 ml of flavoured sparkling water and serve immediately.
