Chef's Note
Garnish with fresh lime zest and a pinch of chilli powder. Coconut water is low in calories and fat, but rich in electrolytes like potassium, making it a hydrating base. Limes are high in Vitamin C, which supports immune and skin health. Plus using the whole lime means we get exra fibre. Frozen mango provides natural sweetness and is a good source of Vitamins A and C, as well as fibre, which aids in digestion.
