Salmon Mousse Canapes

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 150 g spreadable cream cheese 
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup dill 
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon zest
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

To Serve

  • 1 cucumber
  • Crackers (optional)
  • Dill leaves 


  1. Add the Salmon Mousse Canape ingredients to the Vitamix. Blend on a pulse setting 5 times, until creamy and smooth.
  2. Place the smoked salmon mousse into a piping bag with a star-shaped nozzle.
  3. Cut cucumber rounds that are 1 cm thick.
  4. Pipe the smoked salmon mousse onto the cucumbers and garnish with dill leaves.
  5. Serve with crackers. (optional)
