Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie Bowl

  • ¼ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 Tablespoon Greek yoghurt
  • ¼ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1-2 Tablespoons almond milk, to blend


    1. Add all ingredients to the Vitamix blender.
    2. Blend for 2 – 3 minutes, starting at a medium speed then moving to high.
    3. Blend until you achieve a thick, creamy and smooth consistency.
    4. Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings.
