Chilli Lime Seasoning

A sugar-free, dairy-free take on the popular salted caramel blended coffee.

Ingredients
- 3 (15g) ancho or Pasilla peppers
- 2 (10g) dried Jalapeno peppers
- 2 tbsp (20g) crystallised lime
- 2 tbsp (30g) sea salt
Directions
- Place the dried chillies into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then increase to its highest speed. Blend for 25 seconds, or until desired consistency is reached.
- Transfer the ground chillies to a small bowl and mix thoroughly with the crystallised lime and sea salt. Use immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Chef's Note
Make this blend as spicy as you prefer by adding more dried chilli peppers or using hotter (or milder) chillis! Homemade spice blends are great because they allow you to control the ingredients, ensuring freshness and avoiding unnecessary additives and preservatives.
