Vitamix Recipe Rice Milk

Turn cooked brown rice and a touch of brown sugar into delicious, dairy-free milk.

  • 960 ml water
  • 3 dates, pitted
  • 200 g brown rice, cooled


  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Start the blender and increase to its highest speed.
  4. Blend for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Store in refrigerator. Shake well before using.
