Magdalena Roze’s Smoothies for the Whole Family

For World Smoothie Day, Magdalena Roze is blending something for the kids and something for herself. It starts with her Nutty Nana, a creamy blend of banana, apple or pear, zucchini, nut butter and hemp seeds that makes two serves.

Then, she gives the leftover Nutty Nana a grown-up twist, adding frozen blueberries and collagen powder to create her Berry Glow. Two delicious smoothies from one base blend, all made easy in the Vitamix.
