Ingredients

½ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup raw honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 cups chopped nuts
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ cup white/black chia seeds
- ½ cup desiccated coconut to top
Directions

Place the above ingredients into the Vitamix blender and blend until combined, using the tamper to mix the ingredients as you go.
- With a spatula, remove the mixture and place it on a lined tray, smoothing it down as you go, and top the mixture with chia seeds and coconut.
- Place in the freezer for 30 minutes then bring to room temperature to slice and enjoy with tea or hot chocolate!
