Chef Notes

Garnish with fresh elderflower and lemon slices for a beautiful and calming summer refresher. Lemons are rich in Vitamin C, supporting immunity and elderflower, rich in antioxidants, adds a unique flavour and aroma that enhances the overall drinking experience. Feel free to adjust the sweetness to your preference. Make this into a cocktail by adding 180ml of gin or vodka.
