Ingredients – 2-litre container
  • 30ml white crème de cacao (or chocolate liqueur)
  • 30ml crème de menthe
  • 260g dairy-free frozen yoghurt (or vanilla ice cream)
  • 160ml soy milk (or milk alternative)
  • 65g ice cubes
Ingredients – 1.4-litre container
  • 1 tbsp white crème de cacao (or chocolate liqueur)
  • 1 tbsp crème de menthe
  • 130g dairy-free frozen yoghurt (or vanilla ice cream)
  • 80ml soy milk (or milk)
  • 30g ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start on the lowest speed, then quickly increase to the highest speed.
  3. Blend for 20–30 seconds (2-litre) or 15–20 seconds (1.4-litre), using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
  4. Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

  • For a thicker, more dessert-like version, reduce the milk slightly.
