- 500 g (4 cups) roasted peanuts
- 200 g (1½ cup) roasted pecans
- 70 g (½ cup) roasted almonds
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 1 - 2 minutes, using the tamper to press the ingredients toward the blades, or until desired consistency is reached.
