Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 pink pitaya fruit
  • Handful of frozen strawberries
  • ⅓ cup oat milk
  • Top with white pitaya fruit, strawberries, pomegranates and rosebuds

        Directions

        1. Add all ingredients to the Vitamix blender jug in the order listed.
        2. Blend on a medium speed until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. 
        3. Pour into a bowl and top with white pitaya fruit, strawberries, pomegranates and rosebuds.
