Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 scoop Protein Powder
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup of frozen berries
- 2-3 ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed and quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 50 seconds and enjoy!
