Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup of frozen berries
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed and quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 50 seconds and enjoy!
