Raspberry and Strawberry Coconut Yogurt Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries  

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries  

  • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt  

  • 1/4 cup milk of choice  

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup 

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into your Vitamix Ascent Series blender.  
  2. Select the Frozen Dessert setting (or blend on high, using the tamper to guide ingredients).  
  3. Blend until thick, creamy, and perfectly scoopable.  
  4. Serve right away and decorate with fresh berries or edible flowers for a beautiful finish.
