Ingredients

2 cups frozen strawberries

2 cups frozen raspberries

1/4 cup coconut yogurt

1/4 cup milk of choice

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Directions
- Add all ingredients into your Vitamix Ascent Series blender.
- Select the Frozen Dessert setting (or blend on high, using the tamper to guide ingredients).
- Blend until thick, creamy, and perfectly scoopable.
- Serve right away and decorate with fresh berries or edible flowers for a beautiful finish.
