Strawberry Cheesecake Bubble Tea

Strawberry Lemonade
- 350mls water
- 1 lemon ends removed and sliced
- 4 strawberries hulled and quartered
- 60 gms sugar
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Place in aer disc and secure lid. Set timer for 45 seconds on speed 10. Blend.
Tapioca Pearls
- Cook tapioca pearls (different colours adds fun)
- When cooked, immerse in brown sugar syrup by bringing to boil equal quantities of brown sugar and water until thickened)
Cream Cheese Foam
- 60gm cream cheese room temp
- 3 tablespoons whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Pinch salt
- Place into aer disc and blend until it foams.
- Place pearls into glass, pour in strawberry lemonade then top with cream cheese foam.
