Strawberry Cheesecake Bubble Tea

Strawberry Lemonade

  • 350mls water
  • 1 lemon ends removed and sliced
  • 4 strawberries hulled and quartered
  • 60 gms sugar
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • Place in aer disc and secure lid. Set timer for 45 seconds on speed 10. Blend.

Tapioca Pearls 

  • Cook tapioca pearls (different colours adds fun)
  • When cooked, immerse in brown sugar syrup by bringing to boil equal quantities of brown sugar and water until thickened)

Cream Cheese Foam

  • 60gm cream cheese room temp
  • 3 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • Place into aer disc and blend until it foams.
  • Place pearls into glass, pour in strawberry lemonade then top with cream cheese foam.
