Strawberry & Raspberry Rollups

Total Time Less than 5 minutes plus freezing time.

Container 1.4 or 2.0-litre Container

Ingredients

  • 500 g strawberries

  • 1 cup frozen (thawed) raspberries

  • ¼ cup maple syrup.

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients into your Vitamix container & blend until smooth on speed 6–7 for 50 seconds.
  2. Wet parchment paper and place on a baking tray.
  3. Pour and spread the mixture thinly on top of parchment paper.
  4. Bake at 70 °C for 4-6 hours or until no longer sticky.
  5. Let it cool completely, then cut, peel, and roll
  6. Store in an airtight container - perfect for lunch boxes
