Strawberry & Raspberry Rollups

Ingredients

500 g strawberries

1 cup frozen (thawed) raspberries

¼ cup maple syrup.
Directions
- Place all the ingredients into your Vitamix container & blend until smooth on speed 6–7 for 50 seconds.
- Wet parchment paper and place on a baking tray.
- Pour and spread the mixture thinly on top of parchment paper.
- Bake at 70 °C for 4-6 hours or until no longer sticky.
- Let it cool completely, then cut, peel, and roll
- Store in an airtight container - perfect for lunch boxes
