Thick Green Smoothie

Ingredients
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup almond or coconut milk
- ½ avocado
- ½ cup baby spinach
- ½ cup ice
- 1 tsp maca powder or vanilla vegan protein powder (optional)
- 1 tsp of nut butter (I use almond butter)
- 1 pinch sea salt
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender and add any toppings you like (extra coconut flakes or crushed almonds work well).!
Jacqui’s Tips
If you like your smoothie to be a little thicker, add less milk or add some more avocado to make it extra creamy! If you want it really cold, you can also add and blend ½ a cup of ice.
