Ingredients

  • 120ml soy milk
  • 85g red grapes
  • 140g orange, peeled, halved
  • 115g peaches, halved, pitted
  • 85g pineapple, peeled, halved
  • 75g carrot
  • 45g broccoli florets
  • 15g fresh spinach
  • 150g frozen strawberries
  • 60g frozen banana
  • 130g ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed and quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 50 seconds using the tamper to press the ingredients toward the blades.
