Sweet meets savoury in this simple and refreshing variation of a classic margarita on the rocks.

Ingredients
- 180ml tequila
- 60ml orange liqueur
- 60ml agave nectar
- 2 (120g) limes, sliced thin ends discarded
- 2/3 cup (120g) roasted red capsicums, sliced
- 2 cups (250g) ice cubes, plus more for serving
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the AER* Disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
- Prepare two margarita or cocktail glasses by filling them with ice.
- Using a mesh sieve, strain the margarita into the glasses and enjoy!
Chef's Note
Garnish with a lime slice or fresh slice of red bell pepper. Try rimming your glasses with salt or our Chilli-Lime Seasoning before adding ice!
