Ingredients

  • 25g paprika
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp onion powder
  • 2 dried pasilla chillies
  • 15g sea salt

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Spice Grinding Program, or start on the lowest speed and quickly increase to the highest speed.
  3. Blend for 25 seconds, or until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.

Recipe Notes

  • Adjust the salt quantity to suit your taste or dietary needs.
  • Use this blend to season vegetables, meat, beans, soups or chilli-style dishes.
  • For extra heat, add additional dried chillies before blending.
