Ingredients
- 25g paprika
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- ½ tbsp onion powder
- 2 dried pasilla chillies
- 15g sea salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Spice Grinding Program, or start on the lowest speed and quickly increase to the highest speed.
- Blend for 25 seconds, or until the desired consistency is reached.
- Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
Recipe Notes
- Adjust the salt quantity to suit your taste or dietary needs.
- Use this blend to season vegetables, meat, beans, soups or chilli-style dishes.
- For extra heat, add additional dried chillies before blending.
