Ingredients

  • 345g unsalted butter (or vegan butter), softened
  • 45ml honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp sea salt (optional)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Dips & Spreads Program, or start on the lowest speed and quickly increase to the highest speed.
  3. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades, until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container for storage.

Recipe Notes

  • Store at room temperature for 1–2 days, refrigerated for up to 1 month, or frozen for up to 4 months.
  • Freeze in ice cube trays for easy portion control.
  • Delicious on toast, pancakes, waffles, popovers or warm bread.
