Ingredients
- 345g unsalted butter (or vegan butter), softened
- 45ml honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp sea salt (optional)
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Dips & Spreads Program, or start on the lowest speed and quickly increase to the highest speed.
- Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades, until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to an airtight container for storage.
Recipe Notes
- Store at room temperature for 1–2 days, refrigerated for up to 1 month, or frozen for up to 4 months.
- Freeze in ice cube trays for easy portion control.
- Delicious on toast, pancakes, waffles, popovers or warm bread.
