- 150 g (1 cup) green grapes
- 25 g (¼ cup) cucumber
- ½ kiwi, peeled
- 115 g (1 ) apple
- 65 g (¾ cup) broccoli florets
- 10 g (1 ) lemon
- 130 g (1 cup) ice cubes
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
