Ingredients
- 480ml pomegranate juice
- 240ml orange juice
- 240ml apple juice
- 30g fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 cinnamon sticks, toasted
- 360ml ginger kombucha (or sparkling apple juice)
Directions
- Place all ingredients except the ginger kombucha into the Aer Disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start on the lowest speed, then increase to the highest speed. Blend for 40 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the disc.
- Serve over ice and top each glass with ginger kombucha.
Recipe Notes
- Chill all ingredients beforehand for best flavour.
- Garnish with orange slices, pomegranate arils or toasted cinnamon sticks.
- For a boozy punch, add 120ml spiced rum or orange liqueur and replace kombucha with sparkling wine.
