Ingredients

  • 480ml pomegranate juice
  • 240ml orange juice
  • 240ml apple juice
  • 30g fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks, toasted
  • 360ml ginger kombucha (or sparkling apple juice)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except the ginger kombucha into the Aer Disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start on the lowest speed, then increase to the highest speed. Blend for 40 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the disc.
  3. Serve over ice and top each glass with ginger kombucha.

Recipe Notes

  • Chill all ingredients beforehand for best flavour.
  • Garnish with orange slices, pomegranate arils or toasted cinnamon sticks.
  • For a boozy punch, add 120ml spiced rum or orange liqueur and replace kombucha with sparkling wine.
