Ingredients
Smoothie Base

2 cups frozen strawberries – vitamin C for radiant skin

1 fresh banana – natural energy & potassium

1/2 avocado – healthy fats for glowing skin

2 pitted dates – natural sweetness & fibre

1 scoop protein powder

1/3 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)
Glaze
- 1 cup Strawberries
-
Handful of raspberries
-
Drizzle of maple syrup or syrup

Water
Directions
- Coat the inside of your glass with a spoonful of coconut yoghurt for a creamy base.
- Blend the glaze ingredients in your Vitamix on Speed 4 for 10 seconds. Pour a little around the inside of the glass over the yoghurt to create a swirl effect.
- Add all smoothie base ingredients into your Vitamix container and blend on the Smoothie setting until creamy.
- Pour the smoothie into the prepared glass over the yoghurt and glaze layers. Top with extra glaze if desired.
