LittleKaleGirl's Strawberry Glaze Smoothie

Ingredients

Smoothie Base

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries – vitamin C for radiant skin

  • 1 fresh banana – natural energy & potassium

  • 1/2 avocado – healthy fats for glowing skin

  • 2 pitted dates – natural sweetness & fibre

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • 1/3 cup oat milk (or milk of choice) 

Glaze

  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • Handful of raspberries

  • Drizzle of maple syrup or syrup 

  • Water 

Directions

  1. Coat the inside of your glass with a spoonful of coconut yoghurt for a creamy base.
  2. Blend the glaze ingredients in your Vitamix on Speed 4 for 10 seconds. Pour a little around the inside of the glass over the yoghurt to create a swirl effect.
  3. Add all smoothie base ingredients into your Vitamix container and blend on the Smoothie setting until creamy.
  4. Pour the smoothie into the prepared glass over the yoghurt and glaze layers. Top with extra glaze if desired.
