Ingredients
- 250ml coconut water
- 4 fresh basil leaves
- 30g spinach leaves
- 125g frozen mango
- 125g frozen pineapple or 125g fresh green grapes
- ½ Lebanese cucumber
- (Optional: ½ cup ice if using grapes)
Directions
- Add ingredients to Vitamix 2L jug in order listed.
- Blend on smoothie function or start on Variable 1, increase to 10 and blend for 45 seconds.
- Pour and enjoy!
