Mango Basil Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250ml coconut water
  • 4 fresh basil leaves
  • 30g spinach leaves
  • 125g frozen mango
  • 125g frozen pineapple or 125g fresh green grapes
  • ½ Lebanese cucumber
  • (Optional: ½ cup ice if using grapes)

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to Vitamix 2L jug in order listed.
  2. Blend on smoothie function or start on Variable 1, increase to 10 and blend for 45 seconds.
  3. Pour and enjoy!
