Chef's Note
Use the extra Miso Caramel to decorate serving glasses or even as an ingredient in a different recipe (think desserts and drinks). This imaginative beverage touts a number of nutrient dense ingredients. Soy milk is rich in protein, heart healthy fats, and isoflavones, which support brain health. Miso provides beneficial probiotics, protein, and essential vitamins and minerals, promoting gut health and boosting the immune system. We love dates as a natural sweetener high in fibre, potassium, and antioxidants, supporting gut and heart health.
