Multimite

Multimite

Beautiful crunchy Italian bread. Great for scooping dip onto, serving with pasta or eating on its own.

Makes 1 jar or 1 & 1/4 cup
Total Time Less than 5 minutes
Difficulty Easy
Container 1.4 or 2.0L Container

Ingredients

  • 1 cup black tahini
  • ¼ cup tamari (or ½ cup tamari and omit the coconut amino)
  • ¼ coconut amino
  • ¼ cup coconut milk or cream
  • 1 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon dried dulse or kelp flakes or powder

Directions

  1. Place wet ingredients into container and add nutritional yeast and dulse or kelp.

  2. Use your Vitamix's puree function or start at variable 1 then turn to variable 10 and blend until smooth using the tamper to combine the mix. You can adjust the consistency, however, remember it will firm up in the fridge.

  3. Place into a glass jar.

  4. Keep refridgerated.

Notes

  • Your multimite will last for weeks when refrigerated.
  • Serve on crackers with cress, rocket, avocado, cashew cheese or topping of your choice.
  • If using kelp meal the granules will soften over time when refrigerated, making it smooth.
