Multimite

Beautiful crunchy Italian bread. Great for scooping dip onto, serving with pasta or eating on its own.
Makes | 1 jar or 1 & 1/4 cup |
Total Time | Less than 5 minutes |
Difficulty | Easy |
Container | 1.4 or 2.0L Container |
Ingredients
- 1 cup black tahini
- ¼ cup tamari (or ½ cup tamari and omit the coconut amino)
- ¼ coconut amino
- ¼ cup coconut milk or cream
- 1 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon dried dulse or kelp flakes or powder
Directions
- Place wet ingredients into container and add nutritional yeast and dulse or kelp.
- Use your Vitamix's puree function or start at variable 1 then turn to variable 10 and blend until smooth using the tamper to combine the mix. You can adjust the consistency, however, remember it will firm up in the fridge.
- Place into a glass jar.
- Keep refridgerated.
Notes
- Your multimite will last for weeks when refrigerated.
- Serve on crackers with cress, rocket, avocado, cashew cheese or topping of your choice.
- If using kelp meal the granules will soften over time when refrigerated, making it smooth.
