Our version of a fall favourite that utilizes ripe pears and spinach to please your palate.

Ingredients
- 120 ml Hazelnut Milk
- 1 large (270 g) pear, quartered, seeded
- 60 g baby spinach
- 1 slice lime, 1/8" thick, with rind
- 130 g frozen mango chunks
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45 seconds to 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached.
