Pickle Dip

Ingredients
- 120ml sour cream
- 225g cream cheese
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 3 small garlic cloves
- 150g dill pickles, drained
- 3 tbsp fresh dill
- ½ tsp sea salt (optional)
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start on the lowest speed, then quickly increase to the highest speed.
- Blend for 10–20 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades, until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with additional chopped pickles and fresh dill if desired.
Recipe Notes
- Do not overblend, as the dip may thin into more of a dressing.
- Perfect served with vegetable sticks, crackers or potato crisps.
