Ingredients
- 150g fresh pineapple, peeled
- 1 lime, peeled
- 180ml pisco
- 90ml simple syrup
- 6 dashes Angostura bitters
- 360ml soda water
Directions
- Place all ingredients except the soda water into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program, or start on the lowest speed and quickly increase to the highest speed.
- Blend for 40–50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
- To serve, fill four cocktail glasses with ice, pour in the blended mixture, and top with soda water.
Recipe Notes
- For a party punch bowl, add sherbet or frozen fruit to keep it chilled without dilution.
