Ingredients

  • 120ml cold skim milk
  • 25g chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • 480ml brewed coffee

Directions

  1. Place milk and protein powder into the Aer Disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start on the lowest speed, then increase to Variable 6. Blend for 15 seconds until light and foamy.
  3. Pour foam over hot or iced coffee and serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

  • Substituting different milks will change the foam texture.
  • Add flavoured syrups if desired.
  • Great for boosting protein intake in your daily coffee routine.
