Ingredients
- 120ml cold skim milk
- 25g chocolate or vanilla protein powder
- 480ml brewed coffee
Directions
- Place milk and protein powder into the Aer Disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start on the lowest speed, then increase to Variable 6. Blend for 15 seconds until light and foamy.
- Pour foam over hot or iced coffee and serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
- Substituting different milks will change the foam texture.
