- 480 ml mango nectar
- 300 g frozen mango chunks
- 5 g fresh ginger root, ¼" slice
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- 45 g flaxseed oil
- 20 g hemp seeds
- 1 Tablespoon matcha green tea powder
- Fresh raspberries
- Hemp seeds
- Place all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the blade base.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and hemp seeds.
