Ingredients

  • 480 ml mango nectar
  • 300 g frozen mango chunks
  • 5 g fresh ginger root, ¼" slice
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • 45 g flaxseed oil
  • 20 g hemp seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon matcha green tea powder

      Toppings

      • Fresh raspberries
      • Hemp seeds

      Directions

      • Place all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the blade base.
      • Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds.
      • Garnish with fresh raspberries and hemp seeds.
