Watermelon Slushy

Ingredients

1/4 watermelon

3/4 cup chilled coconut water
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsps maple syrup
Directions
- Freeze cubes of a 1/4 of a watermelon.
- Place everything in your Vitamix and blend on speed 7-8 for aprox 40-50 seconds or until thick, spoonable and ultra-smooth. Use your tamper to move the ingredients towards the blade.
