Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program, or start on the lowest speed and quickly increase to the highest speed.
- Blend for 40–50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades, until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
- Add vanilla extract or use vanilla yoghurt for extra flavour.
- Garnish with cinnamon and fresh blueberries if desired.
- Adjust sweetness with additional honey or maple syrup to taste.
