Ingredients

| 240ml cold coconut water (or water) | 480ml cold coconut water (or water) |
| 250g fresh blueberries | 500g fresh blueberries |
| ½ lime (25g), peeled | 1 lime (50g), peeled |
| 2 tsp maple syrup (or agave), optional | 4 tsp maple syrup (or agave), optional |

Directions
- Place all ingredients except the ice and mint into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program, or start on the lowest speed and quickly increase to the highest speed.
- Blend for 40–50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients towards the blades if needed.
- For a lighter texture, optionally strain through a fine mesh sieve.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint.
Recipe Notes
- Enjoy within 48 hours for the best freshness and flavour.
- Thawed frozen blueberries can be substituted for fresh blueberries.
- Adjust the maple syrup to taste, especially when using naturally sweet, in-season blueberries.
- Serve well chilled over plenty of ice for an extra-refreshing drink.
