Blueberry Dream Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana, chopped
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or raw honey, optional
- 2 scoops unflavoured protein powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp psyllium husks
Directions
- Place the ingredients in the Vitamix in the order listed. Secure lid then press the Smoothie function to blend.
- When ready pour into a large glass and enjoy.
