Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or raw honey, optional
  • 2 scoops unflavoured protein powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp psyllium husks

Directions

  1. Place the ingredients in the Vitamix in the order listed. Secure lid then press the Smoothie function to blend.
  2. When ready pour into a large glass and enjoy.
