Chipotle Blueberry BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
- 400g fresh blueberries
- 75g chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 60ml maple syrup
- 30ml Worcestershire sauce
- 30ml apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Dips & Spreads Program, or start on the lowest speed and quickly increase to the highest speed.
- Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper if needed, until smooth.
- Use immediately as a marinade, glaze or dipping sauce, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Recipe Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
- If the sauce thickens after chilling, whisk or briefly re-blend before serving.
- Adjust the spice level by increasing or decreasing the amount of chipotle peppers.
- Perfect with grilled chicken, pork, burgers or roasted vegetables.
