Ingredients

  • 400ml unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 45ml agave or honey

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start on the lowest speed, then quickly increase to the highest speed.
  3. Blend for 15–20 seconds, or until smooth and fully combined.
  4. Use approximately 2 tbsp per serving in coffee, tea or other beverages.

Recipe Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  • Shake or re-blend before using.
  • Both full-fat and light coconut milk work well.
