Ingredients
- 400ml unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 45ml agave or honey
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start on the lowest speed, then quickly increase to the highest speed.
- Blend for 15–20 seconds, or until smooth and fully combined.
- Use approximately 2 tbsp per serving in coffee, tea or other beverages.
Recipe Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Shake or re-blend before using.
- Both full-fat and light coconut milk work well.
