| 80ml cold brew coffee |
160ml cold brew coffee |
| 45ml oat milk |

| ½ tsp vanilla extract |

| 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder |
15g unsweetened cocoa powder |
| 340g sliced frozen bananas |
680g sliced frozen bananas |
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Frozen Dessert Program, or start on the lowest speed and quickly increase to the highest speed.
- Blend for 30–50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
- Once four mounds form and the motor sound changes, stop blending immediately to prevent melting.
- Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
- Garnish with fresh coffee grounds or cacao nibs if desired.
- For a sweeter dessert, add maple syrup or honey before blending.
- Do not overblend or the nice cream will lose its soft-serve texture.
