Coffee Nice Cream

Ingredients

1.4-litre Container 2-litre Container
80ml cold brew coffee 160ml cold brew coffee
45ml oat milk 80ml oat milk
½ tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 15g unsweetened cocoa powder
340g sliced frozen bananas 680g sliced frozen bananas

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Frozen Dessert Program, or start on the lowest speed and quickly increase to the highest speed.
  3. Blend for 30–50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
  4. Once four mounds form and the motor sound changes, stop blending immediately to prevent melting.
  5. Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

  • Garnish with fresh coffee grounds or cacao nibs if desired.
  • For a sweeter dessert, add maple syrup or honey before blending.
  • Do not overblend or the nice cream will lose its soft-serve texture.
