| 275g cooked fava beans, peeled |
550g cooked fava beans, peeled |
| 60ml tahini |
120ml tahini |
| 45ml extra virgin olive oil |
90ml extra virgin olive oil |
| 45ml fresh lemon juice |

Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Dips & Spreads Program, or start on the lowest speed and quickly increase to the highest speed.
- Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades, until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with additional lemon juice or salt if needed.
- Serve in a bowl with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of fresh dill.
Recipe Notes
- Fresh dill can be substituted with basil, mint, parsley, chives or tarragon.
- Frozen fava beans work well, just ensure they are peeled before use.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
