Frozen Aperol Spritz

Ingredients

  • 180ml Aperol
  • 120ml prosecco or sparkling wine
  • 60ml soda water
  • 1 orange (150g), peeled
  • 30ml agave or honey (optional)
  • 275g frozen mango chunks
  • 225g ice cubes
  • orange slices, to garnish

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start on the lowest speed, then quickly increase to the highest speed.
  3. Blend for 45–55 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades, until smooth and slushy.
  4. Pour into chilled glasses.
  5. Garnish with orange slices and serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less agave.
  • Adding extra frozen mango creates a sweeter, thicker texture.
  • Serve immediately for the best frozen consistency.
