Frozen Aperol Spritz

Ingredients
- 180ml Aperol
- 120ml prosecco or sparkling wine
- 60ml soda water
- 1 orange (150g), peeled
- 30ml agave or honey (optional)
- 275g frozen mango chunks
- 225g ice cubes
- orange slices, to garnish
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start on the lowest speed, then quickly increase to the highest speed.
- Blend for 45–55 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades, until smooth and slushy.
- Pour into chilled glasses.
- Garnish with orange slices and serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less agave.
- Adding extra frozen mango creates a sweeter, thicker texture.
- Serve immediately for the best frozen consistency.
